      <image:caption>Thank you for joining me. I have always been an avid gym goer, and sports enthusiast. Through high school and college I played every sport I could, and at 18 I moved to the USA with a University football scholarship. After eight years away, I returned to Holmfirth in 2016 with a wealth of training experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, and a Masters in Sports Administration. After a few twists and turns in my career, I became a certified personal trainer, and started Laura Jayne Fitness in the Holmfirth and Huddersfield area.  I believe exercise has the ability to shape you both on and off the field, in or out of the pool or gym. It has been a very important part of making me into the person I am proud to have become. It has taught me to have ambition and dedication, as well as the benefits of hard work and a competitive edge. It’s given me drive when I’m fueled and focus when I’m not. It has been a tool for stress relief and for motivation. I believe there is so much more to any workout than just the physical session and its gains; it is this passion I want to share through Laura Jayne Fitness.  As much as I love to exercise and appreciate all of its benefits, I also know that life happens! With work, family, friends, and other commitments, going to the gym can often slip down to the bottom of your priority pile, but with Laura Jayne Fitness I want to make it easier for you. I offer bespoke one-to-one and small group sessions, as well as gym and marathon programme plans.</image:caption>
